THE RAILWAYMEN

The Railwaymen are a five piece original music band, from Ayrshire, with their own brand of punchy rock americana. They have headlined twice at King Tuts and played notable gigs such as The Darvel Music Festival, Butefest and The Edinburgh Festival with the BBC. They have played Butefest again this year as well as supporting King of birds at Darvel later in the year. Their most recent mini album, “Dangerous” has just been released onto all the major platforms. We are looking to increase our audience through more festival gigs, as these are more suitable for original music. The following links will give you an idea of what we do.

MARSHALL CHIPPED

"Brooding indie magnificence... the kind of thing that would appear late night on the John Peel show." - Jim Benton-Evans: East End Radio  Marshall Chipped are an indie rock trio from Glasgow of David Burns (vocals, guitar) and the Werninck brothers: Michael on bass, Peter on drums.  Their latest album ‘dogwhistleblower’ is a savage satire of the Tory government, dogwhistle politics and the Partygate scandals, telling the story of an unnamed MP thrown into the cabinet as everything is falling apart around him and his descent down to the level of the drunken fools who think they’re in charge.  The album is out now from marshallchipped.bandcamp.com  @marshallchipped on most social media
